New Family Referral Program

Greetings parents and guardians!

We would like to introduce our New Family Referral Program.  This program gives existing HFCS families incentive to recruit new familiies to our school.  The reward for referring a new family is a $100 tuition discount.  

Who is Eligible?
Families with any children enrolled in PreK-8th grade at Holy Family are eligible for this program.  

Is there a limit?
There is no limit as to how many new families can be recruited.  The existing family will receive $100 for every family they refer.  

How will Holy Family know who referred the new family?
During the registration process, the new family will officially designate which family referred them to enroll at Holy Family.  

What if a new family enrolls at HFCS and no one referred them?
The family should notify the school as soon as it is kown that a family is interested in having their children attend Holy Family.  If the referral is not prior to the new student(s) registering, there will unfortunately be no referral discount.

What if the current family tuition bill is less than the amount of the discount?
Families with a tuition bill less than their referral discount will still be credited their full discount; however the credit will roll over to subsequent years.  

Special circumstances may occur.  Holy Family retains the right to reevaluate, revise or cancel this program at any time.
